We are a friendly supportive group meeting twice a month.
On the second Saturday of every month, we meet at Coed Mawr Community Centre Coed Mawr Bangor Gwynedd LL57 4TB from 11am.
Meetings are informal social gatherings with occasional speakers, presentations, events and outings.
All meetings include refreshments on arrival.
The December meeting is usually a Christmas lunch held at a pre-arranged venue.
The Coed Mawr Community hall venue is fully equipped and accessible for all.
We welcome new members.
